Not likely parasite: If your symptoms didn't improve with Mebendazole, it is unlikely that ua are lookng at worm related as other worms like round and tape worms as other worms or their body parts look different. Indigestion or malabsorption may cause small fat particles in stools. In folks with poor immune system certain fungal infections of the intestines can cause them to appear in stools.
