Ice it: Definately could be broken, would recommend seeing a foot doc who will xray and possibly splint the digit and dispense a surgical shoe. The reason for the xray is to see if the joint is dislocated, if the fracture is intraarticular or if displaced. ...Read more

It could be.: If it hurts to move it could be fractured. But a pinky toe rarely needs any special treatment. Sometimes buddy taping the 5th toe to the 4th toe helps. Also wearing a hard sole shoe helps. ...Read more
