Neuromuscular : It is possible the neck pain and the right ring and pinky numbness are related. A disc, ligament or vertebral bone problem can narrow the nerve exit and cause irritation on the nerves to your hand (c8-t1). However, when this occurs numbness in the forearm occurs. Possibly not: If it just started 10 days ago, likely not from the C6-7 level given the distribution of symptoms too. Your surgery was about 1 year ago. So it is likely your new symptoms is coming from the level below your prior surgery, or from your ulnar nerve most likely from your elbow. Go see s spinal specialist for advice. ...Read more

Cubital tunnel?: Compression of the ulnar nerve (the "funny bone" at the elbow) can cause symptoms like this. Bending the elbow stretches the nerve...and if there is compression to begin with, this "elbow flexion test" can often reproduce the symptoms you describe.
