Hi , ive been constipated for about a week and now Ive noticed a small light pink coloured stool. should I be worried?
Maybe: I'd be worried about being constipated for a week. You need more fiber (psyllium husks), water, and bowel stimulation (magnesium, prunes/prune juice). Look at this as a chance for better health rather than a fearful ordeal. Best wishes and stay proactive. ...Read more
