Rash in sunlight: The skin turning into red bumps and returning to completely normal after thirty minutes to hours suggests you are getting hives. Need more info : Its hard to say much without more history and physical exam. If he recently had chicken pox vaccine, this could be a mild reaction, which often does not have that classic chicken pox vesicular look. Has she had any exposures? Recent fever? Travel? Watchful waiting: What you described is not worrisome, however it is worth watching, i.e, keep an eye on such lesions to see if more are developing. At your next visit to your doctor you should ask her/him to look at the lesions, if any are present at the time. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. ...Read more
