2: 2 weeks should be okay, however if your pain becomes severe, you can go to the emergency room. Also, any increase of bleeding, or signs of bright red blood need to be assessed immediately.
Blood in the urine, along with lower abodominal pain can be attributed to a urinary tract infection or a kidney infection. Aggressive body cleanses can certainly potentiate these infections or cause trauma to your GI tract, kidneys and bladder, due to the flushing nature of the cleanse, if not directed by your doctor.
Be sure to advise your doctor of the cleanses, the location and severity of the pain, how long the pain lasts, what you are doing on onset of pain and how often you notice blood in your urine. Remember, go to the er if pain becomes severe or if you notice bright red blood in your urine. Read more

NO: You can "calm down" these hemorrhoids by making sure your stool is not hard (by drinking lots of fluids!! PLUS using a hemorrhoidal CREAM with CORTISONE

Topical cream: Commonly, one can get anal irritation & even bleeding from frequent "dry-wiping". This condition is called pruritus ani. Your clinician might prescribe Topical lubricants or medicated creams or ointments. Apparently, your clinician did not see any evidence for other things like pinworms, lichen planus, or contact or allergic dermatitis. Hope that helps. Read more

Weird cycle: It is important to not panic just because one cycle if a little off from the others. The main issue is what is the pattern over time. If your cycles return to normal over the next few months then one abnormal cycle is not an issue. Always make sure your pregnancy test is negative. If you are not on birth control consider starting which will also give you better cycle control. Read more

Menstrual cramping: Usually caused by female hormone fluctuations. If you are not allergic use Aleve (naproxen) or Advil for pain and cramping. The brown discharge is most likely old menstrual blood; however if you are having unprotected sex, I suggest a pelvic exam and culture of the discharge to rule out infection. Read more

To clarify it, do urinalysis some 5 days after completing period with properly collected urine (so no contamination) and see gyn-doc 2-3 days before period.
