Mole removed(w/out biopsy) & w/in 2 weeks it grew back. Not perfect circle & dark center & gets lighter until blends w/ skin around.Should i b concerned?

Light brown- yellow dollar coin size spot between index finger & thumb. Not raised, not itchy nor dry. Not a liver spot. 2-3weeks to disappear.

Possibly: It's really difficult to diagnose skin lesions without examining them. But you describe a black color to the mole, and a relatively quick development over a few months.
