Should get evaulated: Being a 26 y/o female, it is likely that you have irritable bowel syndrome and with the frequent loose stools can cause significant anal/perianal irritation, at times bleeding from it. Proctitis?: Cancer doesn't cause this sort of thing, and cancer is exceedingly unlikely at your age. Maybe an anal fissure or abscess.
