Jjust a guess: But I think these symptoms may be coming from a PINCHED NERVE in your neck (at the exit of the CERVICAL 6 and th vertebrae)
Check it out FIRST with your PCP (Primary Care Provider) who may wish to refer you to a spine

At the peak of the deepest breath I can take standing sitting etc. I get a pinch sensation in my upper right chest between nipple and armpit. Tumor?

Pain on deep: Breaths is called pleurisy. Broad differential, but as a sign, not very specific. You need a chest x-ray, and if it does not show free air (pneumothorax) a prospect, might need more expensive work up. See a good generalist or lung doctor. Cancer is not high on my list, even if you smoke, if 37 is your age. ...Read more

Pinched nerve in my shoulder, neck and armpit. The pain goes all the way to my hand and fourth finger. What can cause it and what is the treatment?

Herniated disk?: Could be a ruptured disk in neck, especially since you've had the same symptoms before, which is typical. Did u get ant treatment (Tx) then? Place to start is w/ fam doc for pain meds & referral for MRI. steroids & PT would be initial Tx, unless weakness is present, in which case more urgent. Surgery may be necessary, but most resolve without. If persists or recurs, surgery more likely.. ...Read more

Different causes: Pain radiating down the neck to the shoulders levels, is very often generated by the cervical facets, usually the last 3- C4-5, C5-6 C6-7. A compressed nerve root gives you a radiculopathy down the arm but thecause of compression may be a herniated disc, a neuroforaminal stenosis or a hypertrophied cervical facet that narrows the neuroforamina, or it can be compressed anywhere else down the path ...Read more

What surgery do I need for pinched nerve in my arm?

It depends on nerve: The most common arm compressions are carpal tunnel (median N at wrist) cubital tunnel (ulnar N at elbow) and less commonly guyon canal (ulnar N at wrist). Each requires a decompression surgery. Carpal tunnel involves opening the flexor retinaculm, and can often be done by scope. With pinched nerve in neck, could you get zaps in arm & back? After those zaps it's like my nerves went bad or loss of sensation. ..should I see someone?

The short answer yes: You can start with a primary care physician who will refer you to the appropriate specialist if indicated.
