Many possibilities.: Your pain and bloating may not be related to the polyp at all. Polyps usually cause irregular bleeding but otherwise are asymptomatic. Pain and bloating could be a symptom of ovarian cancer or ovarian cysts. A thorough work up should be performed including transvaginal ultrasound. Pelvic pain has many possible causes. Possibly: As you move the pelvis you undoubtedly move the lumbar spine. If there is already degeneration in the spine then it is possible that the pelvic tilt could result in accentuating the nerve irritation. In order to get a better sense i would recommend seeing a spine specialist or physiatrist or even perhaps an osteopathic physician to address this issue. ...Read more
