The other option is to pay to see a private care physician who after an evaluation may refer you for a cervical MRI that you again will have to pay cash and/or work out a payment plan. Good luck to you. ...Read more

I have some neck pain and tingling in right arm, could it be a pinched nerve? Does a chiropractor take care of this or should I see my doctor?

Absolutely: A pinched nerve can cause neck pain headaches, and pain or numbness running into the arm. There are other potential causes, however, and so it would be food to just get a regular check up to make sure it is nothing else. Physical therapy, chiropractic, and interventional pain management are the non operative treatments for it if it doesn't get better. Thank you. ...Read more

Sharp pain in my left shoulder blade. Neck pain radiates behind my ear. Shoulder pain and soreness. And little arm soreness as well. Pinched nerve?

Discuss with MD: You have a lot going on for your age, please discuss this with your doctor, you may warrant some further testing. This is not a good forum for this question as we can not diagnose "pinched nerve" without examination and testing. Your doctor may order a nerve conduction test coupled with an emg, or an MRI if they have not done so already. Discuss with your doctor. ...Read more

Cervical medial branch block with DEXA lidocaine gave me 1 day of neck pain relief. After 1day neck pain again. Ok to Proceed to radiofreq ablation?
