Platelet count ok:
You should not get symptoms of low platlets until your count drops to around 50
also petichiae in general do not itch. You probably have a fungal rash based on the location, but could be allergies as well.

What could cause a stabbing pain right in the middle of her stomach, and every time she eats the pain travels up she's ten years old, stomach has not become hard, no new bumps or rashes. Nothing we've given her to try to eleviate some of the pain.
A ten year old with stomach pain as you described is an issue that needs a medical evaluation right away. She may have an ulcer, gastritis, lactose intolerance, and even diabetes is a condition that needs to be ruled out.

You should visit your primary care provider or an allergist to have allergy skin or blood testing done. In the meantime try benadryl, (diphenhydramine) if that works then you can be more confident that it is allergy related. Also consider new lotions, detergents or soaps that you may be using.
