I have sudden pimple like rash which appeared on the lower back of my leg, began itchy and as healing is dark red dots slowly fading?

You could but..: a better choice might be diphenhydramine (Benadryl) but the cetirizine is less likely to make you drowsy so you can start with that and if it doesn't work try the diphenhydramine.
