Got this pimple bump like thing on the back of my neck and 4 weeks ago got bad sunburn blisters on neck sholders and scalp.. Is it cancer bump?

Post a photo: Many things can look as described. Both chicken pox (unlikely) and scabies are intensely itchy. Scabies does not form visible blisters but tracks with bumps spread out at relatively even intervals.
