Unsure from descript: I am unsure what type of infection you are experiencing. Your doctor may want to culture the bacteria to make sure it is not a Staph infection which may require more aggressive treatment (with antibiotics) and body wash with chlorhexidine soap to try to remove the bacteria from your skin.
