Many causes: Rashes are challenging even when the doctor can see them, so even harder in this forum. Small red bumps on both legs make me think of reactions to clothes, or something in contact with that area on both sides. Bites can do it. It could be heat rash, a reaction of the skin to warmth and occlusion from pressure. Some drug reactions can do that as can conditions like eczema and psoriasis. ...Read more

Post a photo: Many things can look as described. Both chicken pox (unlikely) and scabies are intensely itchy. Scabies does not form visible blisters but tracks with bumps spread out at relatively even intervals. How long?: If it lasts over 6 weeks, see an allergist. If it is short term, try some otc antihistamine up to 4 x the regular frequency but watch out for drowsiness. Otherwise topical Hydrocortisone cream should be tried. If it still did not work, see an allergist. ...Read more

Pic worth 1000 words: A digital pic of the spots would be much easier to diagnose. They could be anything from insect bites to an allergic skin rash. Doubt that the stomach symptoms have much to do with spots on your leg. If they get larger, travel to the other side, become more plentiful in number, or start getting swollen etc. you will need to see a doctor. ...Read more
