I had ICL surgery but my pupils dilate more than optical zone of lense. I am on pilocar (pilocarpine) 1% for 6 months to causr miosis for lifetime. Will it help?

Most likely: Pilocarpine should keep your pupils small enough but you may need to use it indefinitely. Unfortunately the only other options are bromonidine, another drop to keep the pupils from dilating, taking out the lens or just learning to tolerate the symptoms. ...Read more
