Shoulder pain: There are many possible causes of neck and shoulder pain including pinched nerve and rotator cuff injury. Since this seems to be getting worse so that now your range of motion is limited, you need further in-person evaluation. Try your primary care doc first. If no success, see a PM&R doctor next.
