Consider options: Fucidin is a combo of hydrocortisone and a topical antibiotic effective against gram + bacteria, but not e.coli - which are present in your bowel. Broken or irritated skin allows for increased absorbtion , which is not desired. You may be better off using witch hazel (ie Tucks pads), sitz baths or ice packs to decrease itching and discomfort.
