Beautiful gorgeous hair as celebrity people have (shiny smooth hair) taking all possible measures like taking nutritious diet, exercise, sls free sham?
My Opinion Only: The best way to ensure the healthiest hair is to be the healthiest YOU can be. Your general nutrition is the major contributor to healthy hair. The hair you see "on" so called celebrities more likely than not take HOURS of PROFESSIONAL work to obtain and "last" ONLY as LONG as the appearance or performance!! Just avoid such idiocies as FREQUENT BRUSHING which only causes premature hair loss! Z ...Read more

OK but...: This is ok but if you really want to lose weight you might avoid the bread as less carbs will help; some feel gluten causes obesity so rice or quinoa might be better. I strongly advise organic chicken - see http://bit.Ly/19xax7e for the reasons. My favorite diet for weight loss and overall health is dr. Fuhrman's nutritarian diet- see http://bit.Ly/1dhw9ht don't forget to exercise. Good luck! ...Read more

Ingredients&toppings: Pancakes themselves are just simple sugars (even "whole wheat" pancakes are not complex carbohydrates truthfully) with liquid sugar (syrup) and fat (butter) added. So pancakes are a bad nutritional choice made worse. And we can't rescue any health value by adding things like blueberries or cranberries. If you make them with psyllium husk added, you can at least get some fiber in there. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

If a person is at a great weight eating 1800 calories a day, and then adds a roti prata every day, but doesn't do anything else to burn off the extra calories, then it would be fattening. ...Read more

Excess is stored: Hi. Excess sugar is stored, either as a sugar polymer (glycogen) in liver and muscle, or converted to fat (triglyceride) and stored. So excess sugar (and ALL sugar is natural) can be "fattening". Sugar is an excellent energy source , and in limited consumption, is OK. Good luck! ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
