My Opinion Only: The best way to ensure the healthiest hair is to be the healthiest YOU can be. Your general nutrition is the major contributor to healthy hair. The hair you see "on" so called celebrities more likely than not take HOURS of PROFESSIONAL work to obtain and "last" ONLY as LONG as the appearance or performance!! OK but...: This is ok but if you really want to lose weight you might avoid the bread as less carbs will help; some feel gluten causes obesity so rice or quinoa might be better.
