Probably herpes: Association of lesions with hairs is atypical for herpes, but your gyn's opinion on examination is more important. Were you tested for herpes and yeast? If herpes is suspected, you should have been started on treatment immediately with oral valacylovir or acyclovir. Blocked gland: It sounds most like a blocked skin glands. Basically pimples. There are a lot of glands in the vaginal area. Sweaty rubbing like with sex or exercise can cause dead skin and various skin bacteria to get pushed into the skin pores and block the gland secretion. Showering after sex or exercise can help. Sounds normal: "Negative for STDs" suggests you've seen a doctor. What did s/he say? If something were wrong (e.g. genital warts), probably s/he would have said so. I'm guessing mucus or sebaceous glands (also called Fordyce spots); or vestibular papillae. Both of these are entirely normal.
