A picky eater is a person who will only eat a few varieties of food or drink. He usually picks out the "undesirable" items from his plate and put them aside, only eating the other items he likes. A very picky eater usually will not have balanced nutrition.

Easy: Do NOT insist. Ask him if he wants the food. If he doesn't then insist that he remains at the table until all are finished. If he takes food and doesn't eat it, put it in the refrigerator and warm it up for the next meal. Do not substitute; hunger will win in the end. Be "cruel" to be "kind". Stomach ache: Your stomach might ache because of any number of factors -- trying to find out 'which' factor may help. I suggest a 'food diary' where you track type of food, portion, etc. Then maybe you can help identify what foods are causing the trouble.
