How can I get a picky eater to try new foods?

How can I get a picky eater to try new foods?

Easy: Do NOT insist. Ask him if he wants the food. If he doesn't then insist that he remains at the table until all are finished. You are responsible for providing food but it is the child that eats it or not -- his decision. ...Read more

If a person exercises more than he did before, but does not start eating more calories, then his body will also use up the fat (stored fuel). Easier said than done, but definitely possible to do. ...Read more

Stomach ache: Your stomach might ache because of any number of factors -- trying to find out 'which' factor may help. I suggest a 'food diary' where you track type of food, portion, etc. Then maybe you can help identify what foods are causing the trouble. I often find some ginger tea or that candied ginger helps with this kind of problem. If you're overweight, you may need your gallbladder checked -see an MD ...Read more
