Generally no concern: Most of the time if a child hits himself against an object, falls on a hard surface and the like just observe your child. Of course, settings and children are different. Head: No, especially if the baby is acting fine. Watch for extreme irritability, vomiting in the first 4-12 hrs after any potential injury, and if so then ER. Maybe. Maybe not.: One can just use a big vacuum cleaner with a small brush attachment, and then brush and vacuum the helmet. Lice are little bugs, and they will get sucked up.
