Dad, 80, Had cold. Saw Resp. Spec on 11/21. On Phenylephrine &, Amoxicillin tablets and Chlorpheniramine-M syrup. His morning BP is elevated as in 155/88. It stabilizes to 135/82 soon after. No sympts. Tabs are finished. Syrup remains. Stop Syrp?

Ureaplasma does not have a cell wall, only cell membrane.
So, penicillins are not used to treat ureaplasma.
