It's illegal, child : Endangerment. Smoking mj, tobacco, crack, etc. Inside or out of the home (it clings to fabrics) makes your child is a passive smoker, bad for baby's lungs & brain. Because of smaller body surface area, children can get "stoned" by much lower amts. Of mj than adults. Being in an altered state impairs infant development.
