Yes: There are definitely drug interactions between Phenergan (promethazine) and Percocet which can lead to drowsiness, mental confusion and others which make operating motor vehicles possibly hazardous, falls possible, nausea to name a few. Can emend be effective on its own for vomiting and nausea? I cant tolerate zofran (ondansetron) or zofran (ondansetron) class drugs.
Preventively only: Emend s effective when administered ahead of time to prevent the nausea and vomiting associated with chemotherapy but isn't effective after the fact. Friend rx'd "Suprep" for colonoscopy in 3 full doses am/pm/am. Drug instructions are TWO doses which worked 4 me. I'm worried about this off label rx?
