My head throbs in the temples when I bend over or turn my neck when lying down flat. No history of migraine or recent sinus/upper respiratory infectio?
Check it out: Nothing comes to mind with this history, particularly at your age, but there are unusual things like temporal arteritis etc..and the positional issues are not typical of migraines. Cement dust can cause serious problems and you should wear gloves, goggles and an approved N95 mask to avoid this particulate matter. A respiratory therapist told me that THC can cause your throat to swell and restrict your airways when inhaled. Can this also happen when ingested ?

SUPER unlikely: Recurrent respiratory papillomatosis is a very rare problem involving the hpv virus (usually type 6 or 11) in the airway. There are juvenile and adult forms. They most commonly present with breathing difficulties (tiring out quickly with activity) or hoarseness. I have never once heard of a patient with rrp complaining of an itchy throat.
