Hopefully Soon: In general it is not a good idea to stop medicines like Lexapro cold turkey especially after you been on it for several years. Usually you're supposed to taper yourself off of it. Congrats re: alcohol: This is likely not from alcohol. You have a number of problems. Please see your family doctor who can do a full evaluation. You may need to see an ENT doctor for your sinuses and your balance. You need to be evaluated and treated for depression (which is worsened by sinus problems and which can cause fatigue).
