Abscess: Abscesses need to be open to heal. May need to remove the cyst wall. Consider washing w/ antibacterial 'hibiclens' 1-2 x/ week to prevent bacteria build up. Wash 2x a day in summer, keep pores open. Change position every 30 min for 1-2 min . Abscess on a very deep cut on my arm, i previously had surgery, help?

Abscess on a very deep cut on my arm, i previously had surgery, help?

Superfast healing: The real question is what not to do that slows down healing. Avoid using alcohol, peroxide, hibiclens, betadine, and bleach solutions. Cover the area with a clean dressing changed every other day and protected from trauma. Antibiotics do not help healing unless it is truly infected. ...Read more
