Possibly: If the IUD was embedded in the wall of the uterus and required a lot of surgical manipulation to retrieve it, the procedure may have induced the formation of scarring inside the uterus. The scarring may have coapted the front and back walls of the uterus and reduced the surface of the lining of the uterus that menstruates. This may be operable. Many causes for fati: Fatigue can be caused by many causes. Since you do not have Anemia, that rules out one common cause. Emotional disorders, sleep deprivation from any cause including depression can be the cause. Pregnancy: Its not impossible that u were or are pregnant.
u should check urine preg test now
follow with ur doctor for possible Quant HCG, maybe ultrasound which may be useful even if u aren't preg.
