No ovulation: If you did not have a spontaneous menses then you didn't ovulate. Provera will bring on a menstrual cycle if you did not ovulate. You may want to try glucophage (metformin) or Femara next to help you ovulate. If you are not on a low glycemic index diet that will help you. Generally in 10 days: Since many clinics are doing day 5 or blastocyst transfers, pregnancy tests are done 9 days later. If negative, you should start bleeding around that time; and if you are on Progesterone supplementation, you will either breakthrough Progesterone or bleed within 3-5 of stopping it. Good luck. After progesterone: I can't tell if you've had failed IVF or just asking "in case;" if it was failed I'm very sorry. Bleeding usually starts within a few days of stopping your progesterone, though sometimes it may take longer.
