I've had periodic body/joint/head aches, chills, sweating and a low fever for 3 yrs now, what could this be?

Last night I had a fever, chills, body and head aches, and frequent urination I thought I had the flu but when I woke up I felt better. Why?

Depends: You really should be seen by your md. The symptoms described could be associated witha number of ailments. It is likely a viral infection, but not necessarily.
