No menses: If you do not have bleeding after Progesterone withdrawal, there can be several causes. 1) pregnant and too early to check urine 2) the lining of the endometrium is too thin to get a bleed (called a silent period by some) 3) something blocking the cervix (doubtful because last month regular period). Pregnancy??: I don't know who told you to take duphaston and for exactly what purpose. It is a pure progesterone compound and acts as a birth control pill or contraceptive. Not enough: You probably did not expose your uterine lining to enough days of progesterone to induce your period. 5 days would be considered a minimum exposure and that does not even work for some women. Depends: While the progesterones you mention can cause a withdrawal bleed, it may be that you don't have any lining to bleed from. Have you talked to your doctor about birth control? Typical birth control is a combo of estrogen/progesterone, which typically gives a woman a regular cycle. Consider that thyroid can also play as role, as can weight (too heavy/thin).
