Many possibilities: 1st 2 things to know: the results of your pregnancy test & what kind of birth control you are on. Some forms of contraception can make you skip a period. No it's not normal: At this point in your pregnancy, it would be best to notify your obstetrical care providers today or visit your maternity unit/hospital obstetrical service for a diagnostic evaluation / treatment of your diarrhea, your fluid- hydration status,a vaginal-cervical obstetrical exam and a 20-30 minute monitoring of your baby's heart rate and amniotic fluid volume index. ...Read more

The first couple of years that you get your period, they are usually anovulatory and not as likely to be associated with the secondary symptoms such as cramping that are caused by the hormonal changes. Exercise has been shown to decrease these symptoms actually. ...Read more

Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Naproxen: I am sorry to hear about the period pains. Regarding the period pains you could try tylenol (acetaminophen) 350mg every 4 hrs as needed. Instead of tylenol (acetaminophen) you could also try Naproxen 220 mg every 4 hrs as needed. Menstrual cramps and pain can get worse from time to time perhaps more after a pregnancy.
