Always possible: Unprotected sex is the usual cause of pregnancy. Your symptoms are less typical but possible. Might be related to something you ate, but i would get a pregnancy test once you miss a perios and seek prenatal care if positive. ...Read more

Doesn't sound good: It is not my specialty but i think you need to see your gyn again asap for a potential infection which may end up very troublesome if not taken care of in time. ...Read more

It could: From having regular monthly periods, your body and brain become "programmed" to the events, and you may get "phantom" pain when pregnant.
