Are period cramps worse during teenage years? I used to get bad cramps as a teenager which slowed down in my 20s. Could it be endometriosis?

Endometriosis?: Because a young teen age woman is unfamiliar with the effects of larger doses of hormones produced in the menstrual cycle, the effects seem stronger than when regular cycles predominate in one's 20's and up. Hormones = wt. Gain: Hi Bobby,

I believe that you have not changed anything yet have gained wt. Hormones do cause us to gain wt in the form of water retention, the way we handle sugars in our diet, and the way we deposit fat.
