Nipple soreness: If this is your first menstrual cycle off birth control then you are now experiencing your normal hormonal state. If you feel you might be pregnant check a test. July 23rd I had a cyst rupture. My period was due July 29th but did not come until August 3rd. Can I still ovulate on regular schedule? Or later?
Sometimes ruptured: cysts do not release an egg (ovum) and the normal hormones that follow normal ovulation might be messed up in this cycle. What you described suggests yeast infection. You may try over the counter treatment for vaginal yeast infection. If that does not work, it would be time to see a doctor.
