Urine/vaginal blood: Are you sure the blood is in your urine, not vaginal bleeding. Either way, blood in the urine and abnormal or unexplained vaginal bleeding always is "concerning" and you should see your doctor. Maybe: You can expect changes in your period as menopause approaches and if your cycle lengthens your period can become heavier because you had more time for the lining to grow but other things can also cause this.
