Hi I am a 25year old female and have a flap of skin from the centre of my perineum which then goes inside my anus. I haven't had any problems in the past with it but recently It really itches. Any ideas? Thankyou.

Besides just routine skin infections prostatitis can cause perineal discomfort. So can hemorrhoids and anal fistulas.
