Multiple medications: Cimetropium bromide is an anticholinergic medication and smooth muscle relaxant, used to decrease bowel spasms, pain and abdominal distention in ibs. It's not available in the us., but your note says you're from india. I didn't find interactions with your other BP meds. No: There is inadequate literature available to assess the risk. Your wife should consider being switched to a different medicine unless there is a very strong indication for perindopril. If she has a peripartum cardiomyopathy and must take it, consider stopping breast feeding. ...Read more

NO: No no no! perindopril and other ace inhibitors are teratogenic and can cause the baby to die in utero or be born with severe malformations (no kidneys).
