Yes, see th gyno: Actually, as you get closer to menopause the periods should get lighter. I am concerned that the pain may be due to something else, maybe fibroids or even endometriosis. I would definitely recommend a good pelvic exam and likely an ultrasound to assess. Good luck! ...Read more
