My body constantly has aches and pains and extremely tired , hot flashes.Does the muscle aches and joint aches come with menapause?

Maybe related or not: There are a lot of possibilities, but your description of nausea/stomach pain raises that of gastritis & ulcers due to headache drugs. Stop non-prescribed nsaid's (aspiriin, advil, aleve, motrin, etc.) & consider acid reducer Rx (Prilosec, Prevacid, Nexium, (esomeprazole) etc.). Infection/virus: Seems like you have a gastroenteritis. If you had bloody diarrhea, it may be bacterial infection/gastroenteritis. If the diarrhea was watery, it may still be bacterial infection; however, viral gastroenteritis may be more likely. Systemic illness: Would strongly recommend that you see a doctor asap. If the night sweats are due to fever, tuberculosis is a good possibility, and tumors may produce similar symptoms and signs. Dysmenorrhea: Nsaid’s, ssri’s, hormone meds, otc meds containing diuretics, warm bath, heating pad, exercise & acupuncture are excellent for dysmenorrhea. Avoid caffeine, chocolate, alcohol & salt. Get gyn eval to r/o underlying pathology. Consider omega- 3 fatty acids, magnesium (supplementation or through diet) or black cohosh with dr ok.
