If someone is on greater than 100 mg/day, professional support is advised on tapering. This looks like double that. In general this would be often in the context of many addiction issues and would benefit from a 12 step program. Maybe inpatient/rehab for weeks with coming off supervised cold turkey/ rapid taper with a lot of support.
