Why do I feel like I am sinking into myself when I am sitting down? Is this a symptom of prediabetes or complete dehydration of disc joints? No energy

Why do I feel like I am sinking into myself when I am sitting down? Is this a symptom of prediabetes or complete dehydration of disc joints? No energy

Go see your doctor: I'm not sure what you mean by "sinking into myself". Are you referring to a physical or mental sensation? Prediabetes doesn't usually carry any sensation or symptoms. "complete dehydration of disk joints" should theoretically lead to joint pain. Many reasons for "no energy": anemia, hypothyroidism, depression, etc. Best for you to go see your family doc for evaluation & treatment. Good luck! ...Read more

Prediabetes while recognized does not at least yet have treatment consensus but using metformin to treat your pcos should also address the weight issue and prediabetes. ...Read more

For 3 out of the 4 means of diagnosing diabetes (i.e., for fasting glucose, 2-hr oral glucose tolerance test, and A1c), there are 3 categories of outcome: normal, diabetes, and a gray zone in between, collectively now referred to as "prediabetes". People with prediabetes, not surprisingly, are at a much higher annual risk of developing diabetes than normals are. Healthy lifestyle lowers risk. ...Read more

Hi, is that true pre-diabet don't have symptoms? Why my type 2 pre-diabetes(fasting glucose91 mg/dl, hba1c5.7%) have diabetes type 2 symptoms? Thank you

Hi, is that true pre-diabet don't have symptoms? Why my type 2 pre-diabetes(fasting glucose91 mg/dl, hba1c5.7%) have diabetes type 2 symptoms? Thank you

Symptoms?: You did not say your symptoms. Diabetes type 2 mostly is the lack of adequate response of cells or tissues to put the sugar inside the cells (by insulin) and use it for energy. So you can surmise the symptoms of that. Prediabetes is at the border, hgba1c not at 6.5. Most symptoms are actually when sugar is low. ...Read more
