Ok to take meds: There is no really problem taking those meds as long as you need them. If the medical problem resolves or significantly improves, your doctor may feel you can stop them. If you are tolerating them now with minimal side effects then there really is no compelling reason to say stop taking them. Damaged caused by long term use is very unlikely. That is Intersting: Thank you for the information. It makes sense. Consider cutting 20mg for cost savings. Tramadol is a good for pain. It's a partial opiod stimulator that also improves pain by building up noerpi, like cymbalta (duloxetine). 2-300 mg in divided doses is cheap and could help the effects of the pain on mood. Make sure sleeping at night, even if med needed. Sleep, pain, stress, mood all need managent. Gd luc. ...Read more

Psoriasis?: Perianal psoriasis, lichen planus and other derm conditions can occur, lead to some of the above. May not be primary fissure, or fungal (what you have been rx'd for based on med list). Unlikely std, but if that is a consideration, then it is a consideration.

Pentoxifylline does usually induce diarrhea: Pentoxifylline is usually prescribed in presence of peripheral vascular disease, and symptoms of claudication.
The frequent adverse reactions are: irregular heartbeats, symptoms of intolerance, nausea, upper abdominal discomfort, however the presence of diarrhea is unusual.
You should see the physician that describe you the medication, and perhaps he could switch it to another Prescription. ...Read more

I'm not familiar with the use of the above mentioned medications for eyelid twitching.
