Sounds like semen: The prostate and seminal vesicles border on the rectum. Sometimes with straining or passing large ( or hard) stool, pressure on these organs causes release of semen. Kegel's exercise may induce temporary mild soreness from "over"-straining of pelvic floor muscles and should not induce nerve damage leading to penile numbness.
