Could be skin tag: Or a wart. You can try this to see--- soak a piece of gauze or cloth in plain white vinegar. Then lay it on the growth for about 3-5 minutes. If it turns the growth white compared to the surrounding skin, then it's a wart caused by hpv and should be treated, as you can infect other people. Hope that helps. ...Read more

Not necessary ...: Fordyce spots are ectopic sebaceous glands, which are not related with hair follicles. Normally, every hair follicle has its own sebaceous gland to go with it but invisible; however, some may be hyperactive so to grow their size bigger becoming visible like pimples. Lymphangitis?: Not sure what you mean by "engorged". If it's just a large vein but soft and nontender, nothing is wrong. If it's firm and red or tender, you may have sclerosing lymphangitis of the penis; google it for photos and more information. It's harmless and should clear up on its own over a few weeks.
