Sugar intolerance: Consider a milk or table sugar intolerance. Lactose intolerance could cause bloating and wouldnt show up on any of the tests you mentioned. So would small bowel overgrowth. Constipation: Definitely sounds like you have constipation related to the oxycodone. Whenever you are on a narcotic, you'll need a laxative to help you stool. I recommend docosate sodium via prescription or magnesium to bowel tolerance (i.e. Until you get the quality of stools you want). Taking macrobid for UTI still have pressure (bloating) on pelvis. Also lower back has slight dull pain. Should u take ibuprofen for the soreness? I have no they symptoms no fever no naseau.

Call doc: I think you need to consult your doctor re. your problems. The dull pain can be from a kidney infection or just from the usual back problem. The bloating may be a side effect of Macrobid.
