Since bacterial infections of the head of the penis are less common, i recommend applying an anti yeast cream to see if your inflammation clears up. Lauderdale..Pretty much ground zero for HIV infections so to speak. Fever, chills, night sweats, weight loss, thrush and swollen lymph nodes are a common presentation. Diarrhea as well. F/u with MD: You should go back to see your dermatologist- or whoever doctor gave you the medicine and have further examination. You have both genital wart and candidiasis, and as you know the anti fungal infection will not help the wart- so follow up obviously would need to be done. ...Read more
