Endometriosis?: See you Family Doc and get checked out for endometriosis. Your symptoms sound severe, especially to have started in your teens! It is especially telling if you have deep-penetration sex pain. Plan on having a pelvic exam and an ultrasound for a complete evaluation. May be sinusitis from food intolerances like milk, so avoid milk products for a week and see if there is a difference, . Also check HCG, thyroid hormone, and if all negative. Re-check for STDs: Hmmm..... Something doesn't compute. Colored vaginal discharge (brown, yellow, green, etc) definitely isn't normal and often means infection, including STDs like gonorrhea and chlamydia; and either of these could cause pelvic pain that can be accentuated by intercourse.
